3 Simple Yoga Poses To Reduce Even MOST Stubborn Belly Fat

The Bow Position

Lie on your stomach and place your hands on the side. Then bend your knees and ankles touch them with your hands. Slowly lift your head as far as you can and gradually and legs. Stay in this position for 30 seconds and do a brief pause. Repeat this 4 more times.
This position is great for strengthening the abdominal muscles, but also increases the force posture and makes the spine flexible.
Lie on your back and place your hands behind your shoulders. Extend your legs and then start to bend body and lift simultaneously. It should look like a cobra.
Take a short break and repeat 4 more times.
Lie on your back, spread your legs and pinch. Put your hands on your side with palms facing the floor.
Then gradually start to lift legs without bend. Raise as much as you can and make the most in this position for 30 seconds.
Do this exercise 5 times with a short break between exercises.
