Celery Diet – Lose Weight 7 Pounds in Two Weeks!

Day 5 – Soup, 200g dietary meat (beef, chicken or fish), 1 kg tomatoes and about 2l liquid

Day 6 – soup, vegetables and 300-400gr cooked beef or chicken

Day 7- soup, vegetables and brown rice

Don’t forget that the celery diet lasts 14 days, so you have to repeat this menu two times.


Diet with celery is quite strict: no desserts nor alcohol, but you can drink tea or coffee without sugar. Celery soup can consume daily in unlimited quantities.

Diet with celery not only helps in losing weight, but it is also very healthy. Every piece of celery (leaves, stems and roots) is useful. It is rich in vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system, contains fiber and is essential for the body because it lubricates minerals such as potassium and folic acid.
