Make a Bread Which Slows Down Aging!

- 200 g buckwheat flour
- 200g whole wheat flour
- 100g rye flour
- 1 baking powder
- little baking soda
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- half teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- little rosemary
- 1/2 liter of water
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and leave overnight to ferment. Preheat oven to 220 degrees, pour the mixture into a suitable pan that you bet with baking paper and bake for 40 minutes to an hour. To see if the bread is baked with a toothpick inject in it and if the dough is still alive, bake some more time.
