Make Your Own: Vegan Ice Cream

Many of the diets that can be found, those who want to lose weight, they offer the most nutritional foods, but they actually are so fat that stimulate the body to accumulate subcutaneous fat. – 500 ml coconut milk

– 1 tablespoon of flax seed

– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

– Chopped nuts (raw)

– Raspberries (or strawberries, blackberries)



Mix the coconut, chia seeds and flax and leave ten minutes the mixture stand for. Berries (raspberries) cut into pieces, put into molds (up to half the height of the mold) and pour with a mixture of coconut. Shake molds to blend evenly distributed among the fruit on the bottom. Left in the freezer for 5-6 hours or overnight.
